Questions about lowering a 2G

I found a set of Tokico 5 way adjustable shocks and MaxSpeed coilovers. Not a huge amount of miles on them, $375 shipped.

Anyone have experience with MaxSpeed coilovers? I couldn't find any forums online that mentioned them being paired with Tokico shocks or a DSM. I have some specs for them: linear spring rate, 572lbs front and 472lbs rear. No clue what this equates to in ride feel.
