I saw this on the news and believe this isnt the only one that has happened... Some people think that if they are a Police Officer they can do whatever they want and get away with it because the judge will take their word over yours.

Punish him as if he wasn't an officer. Attempted murder or assault with a deadly weapon. He will probably get off easily. Fuckers.

That cop is fucked.

The video tells a lot and with the man living he will be able to testify too.

I agree that the max sentance should be carried out on the cop unless there is something we arent seeing, which I highly doubt.
