Why don't you just inform me what's needed to be done since you're typing any ways. It's alot more helpful than insulting me for not being as knowledgeable as you are.

Seriously. If you can't throw enough at a set-up to reva little high I wouldn't expect to be able to pull this off.

I don't know a damn thing about 600hp setups, but people have had luck just shimming the stockers.
To add to the list given of what's needed, add a well built engine. You can't count on much more than 400hp on a good tune (from what everybody seems to be able to get away with) on a stock bottom end. The best way to think of the goal you've set is to plan on replacing better than half of the functional parts of your car. It's quite a goal.
Is that more helpful?
And don't be insulted by everyone's anger over this thread. You may not realise it, but you're posts give away an ignorance that will not allow you to meet your goals, yet. Hence the recomendations to set them a little lower. Set a goal of 300-350hp. The steps you'll take to get there will give you a lot of the knowledge you'll need to go higher. What you need to know to hit 600hp reliably is not the type of info you can gain by asking 'what do I need' on a forum.

Re: hi dsmers! Care to help me?
sorry guys but doing the step by step thing like I mentioned before is a real waste of my money and I rather get direct advice from you guys that been throught it many times before. I don't know about you guys but when it comes to things I know and someone asks me what should I do I normally help and guide and inform them what to do and buy. I don't do the shaddy "I don't what people to catch up or be at my level" unlike other people.
I think it's been mentioned here before by someone that some guys don't want other people to catch up or outstage them and so they won't help noobs or give them solid advice.

Re: hi dsmers! Care to help me?
What bolt-ons do you have.
If you plan to have anything near that goal, start with some basic mods. Get DSMlink or AEM stand alone. Get a High Pressure (HP) Manual boost controller. Get walboro 255 fuel pump, big injecters, fuel rail, new fuel line, Fuel regulator, FMIC.
3' exhaust, intake I will assume you already have
there is so many options you need to narrow it down for us.

Can we get a ban in here or something.
Heres the setup you need. Huge turbo, Huge injectors, Standalone, Good suspension, Good brakes, Big Fuel Pump, Big intercooler, Built tranny.
You wanna be vauge with what you want, I'll be vague with what you should get. Don't expect someone else to do your homework for you, if you want that, just roll up to a shop with a wheelbarrow full of money and have them do it, otherwise do some research, and come back with some halfway educated questions, and stop with this "How does I make my car go fast" shit.

You've yet to say anything that proves otherwise. If you want our help, first you need to help us help you!

Re: hi dsmers! Care to help me?
damn. I wish I had money like that. lol. The pass 3 yrs have been 90% maintenance then anything else for me, thats why I never got quicker . But back on topic. DSMtuners has a Stage 1-Stage3 set up thingy you could look at. It gives you a good idea about what you'll need for a certain amount of power and if you want more power you can go into the next stage. You can always substitute parts on their list for you own that might be cheaper.

Alright, I'll give you my $0.02 on a modification list (even though my car is farrrrrrr from 600whp). However, it would be great if you could expand on what boltons means.

Re: hi dsmers! Care to help me?
if you want to go righ tot hte 600hp mark, and you dont have all the money it takes right away, start from the outside and work in. do suspension, get a built tranny, get the right turbo/manifold/exhaust/fuel system, then work your way inside, get headwork and finally get the block built. Once you have everything, then turn up the boost, tune it and you're there.

Re: hi dsmers! Care to help me?
We actually have had a couple huge threads in the past few weeks regarding engine and suspension setups for someone starting fresh from stock. We give our advice to those who deserve it. Since you know so much about cars and are such a guru, why are you here asking us? I don't think you're understanding the fact that it costs a lot of money to build a car capable of handling 600 hp....I'm talking handling it, which is WAY easier than actually making it. Again, for the 37th time, how much money do you have to spend?
