Yeah, if you're just going to paint the hood black you might as well get the carbon fiber hood. It looks way better, IMO. The hood scoop on that first picture looks "ok," but it looks a bit funky also because its right next to the hood bump that comes with the car so it kinda looks like too many bumps in one spot. A mitsu logo would look alright if it isnt over enlarged like some I've seen. Just dont get too ricey
. (e.g. A crappy painted black hood with over enlarged Mistu logo and a tin can hood scoop.) Just my opinion
