thats so gay! you better make a metal shield for it, put it right in front of the fins so rocks can't hit it, and break of the crank pulley. er, intercoolers don't have crank pulleys... do they? I think you need to protect that core with your life. Make sure no one can see it either, that metal sheild should help with that. And then just use a box fan from Kmart for electric airflow.
