Yes there is a nut welded on the bottom side of the cap I made for the tube welded onto the frame rail. I do not know what is "common" for a tubular front end, but I have heard of people having issues cracking the 2.0 block around the #1 cylinder near where the driver side motor mount bolts onto the block. This would indicate its possible for the high hp AWD guy's to think twice about cutting down the driver side mount to just the timing belt side of the block for support. I figure I had to make a mount anyways, if it helps or not, I do not know.
