Mine looks just like Mark's, looks like the same cap too. I can get mine up to mid 20 psi before it starts to slip off.
I put my air nozzle in by first drilling a hole smaller than the fitting, heating the hole I just drilled with a heat gun, then just pushed and twisted it in and luckly since the plastic was pretty gooy after being heated up it all sealed up once it was dry
