I also think anybody that plans on trapping over 135mph or running faster than 9.99 needs a nhra license which requires a physical and some single pass runs to prove you can handle the car.

Thats the form you need to fill out. I know Mark L has his license and I have a license but its for motorcycles. If anybody can't find somebody to witness their passes I'd be more than willing to sign off on them but you'd have to ask the NHRA folks if they'd like a motorcycle guys sign off on a car pass.
