I can schedule it as far out as I want, people can choose when they decide whether or not to take my shift. I usually don't know if I'll have a day off until a week or so before, even adding the day off months in advance.
I've tried before to get commitment far in advance, nobody will. This shit makes me want to go back to retail, where at least I could get off whatever I wanted because that shit was delegated.
