I just found out that the bottom nipple on my car has nothing going to it, so its just sitting there wide open? I guess my car came like that, because I didnt do it. Should I just plug both nipples? What do you mean by "put a filter on the line and run it to the ground"? Can't I just add a filter on the cover? I'm sorry, but I dont know much about those kinds of things. I only know the easy basics like the motor and stuff like that....
