Much easier actually. It counts votes per-cookie sorta. If you clear your private data, you can re-vote.
I've noticed how many people jumped on board with this, it's amazing. What amazes me more is the fact that we're now down almost 400 still. Insane
I don't know when the voting stops, but they announce the winner in the morning (Im guessing 7-9am) of Feb 4th. My guess is it ends 11:59PM Feb 3rd.
