-Did not punish those who were responsible for our vulnerabilities which allowed 911 to happened (in fact, he promoted most everyone involved with air defense/homeland defense)
-Attacked Iraq (who did not attack/threaten us)
-Used Haliburton as the primary contractor for iraq(i believe chany is either a director or owner of this company)
-Approved/did not pervent investment deregulation
-No Child left behind act (monumental FAIL)

Look at the above chart and tell me: Do you think there is any correlation between US administration and how well our country does..

Remember, I am not saying bush is the only reason we are now screwed, I am saying he is the ceremonial figurehead to a whole group of individuals who is responsible for our countries' success.

Sorry, I missed this piece of one-sided information.

When we run surpluses, that means we have extra money that we could have invested into the people and businesses of this country. In fact, that is exactly what President Obama is currently doing with his record deficit spending.

The important measure is our debt to GDP ratio!

What exactly is so good about surpluses? Why do you believe that deficits are so bad? Why isn't good fiscal policy that encourages growth what you are concerned about?

Personally I believe in torture to save our nation from imminent attack....but lets torture 'em on our own turf. If we are going to be evil, lets not beat around the bush.

Oh, and NCLB is NOT endorsed by Obama, he is for radically reforming it. I personally think they should just scrap the whole project, but so long as Obama recognizes that is it failing thats cool with me.

in 2 months obama's administration has spent more TAX payer dollars than bush did in his entire presidency. Thats more than the war in iraq and afganistan combined.

bush wasnt inocent but obama is using bush to push his own agenda and obama has to take responsibility for the money he is spending now this has nothing to do with bush

Wow really... wheres the links to show this.. I cant find any.. I would like to see those dollar facts.

Whether the reasons we initially went to the middle east were right or wrong, I don't think you can argue that stabilizing that area of the world is a bad thing. The problem is, stabilizing an area of the world that has been at war for thousands of years isn't an easy thing to do.

Yeah, yeah, yeah...it's 'not our job' to do it, but they aren't getting it done on their own.

Keep in mind, a lot of the money "pissed away in a war" goes right back to American citizens and American companies. Soldiers' pay, defense companies, weapons manufacturers, etc.

McDonalds as a corperation is fine, i love what the Ronald McDonald Foundation does. And i realise that its the parents feeding them the fat that is the cause of the obesity in this nation. It was the first thing that came to mind.

Bush gave no Bid contracts to a company that is or was owned by Dick Cheney. We are not talking about giving jobs to friends. We are talking about giving jobs to a friend at outstanding costs to the american people. Its like having your CEO tell you that you need to hire someone at 10 bucks an hour and you give it to a buddy at $25/hr. Except its billions of dollars instead of a couple bucks. And its YOUR FUCKING MONEY. Did we have any transparency and actually see how much it was really costing us? NO.

Unfortunately, the US is the world's police and realistically we need to be since our economy is dependent on so many other international economies and the majority of countries can't do what we can to stop the problems.
