Is My Car F'd?

I know. Im crabby and I know alot of people would be like oh he dont know what the fuck he doin. Have not looked at it since. One question that might help me with the diagnos. Where is the oiling hole for the BS on the exhaust side of the engine. The hole I found was at about 5 Oclock when looking from camgear side to tranny side. Cuz I know When I put the bearing in the holes did not line up(As directed in Vfaq). So if thats where the oiling hole is on the block then the bearing is gone.
