there is a snap fitness around here. The 24/7 idea is good.
The bad thing is, there isn't anyway to not be seen while lifting(at least at this one) because there is nothing but glass to the outside.
is it ok if I post some tips for maxizing your lifting? or do you already know the basic concepts?
