You can't clock the turbine housing, only the compressor housing. There is a guide pin so the oil inlet will end up being upside down no matter what: it will always face the same direction as the turbine housing inlet.
Just do what you are talking about and feed oil into the outlet and drain out the inlet. It will be fine.
These are going on your stealth I assume? You will be making some phat powa!
